My name is Darron K. Daniels Sr. aka Coach Daniels, and I am proud to be a Bailey Knight!! I am from Jackson, received a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Interdisciplinary Studies from Jackson State University, and my Masters in Education also from “Thee I Love’ Jackson State University. I am certified to teach General Science 7-12, and Elementary Education 4-6 and Google Level I. This will be my 30th year with Jackson Public Schools and my 2nd year at Bailey APAC Middle School.

I have a true passion for working with children!! Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor—is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment. Currently my duties at Bailey include Athletic and Activities Director, Assistant Football Coach, Head Boys Basketball Coach, and Head Boys Track Coach

Personally, I have been married for 28 glorious years and have three fantastic children who are 28, 25, and 22 years old and attended Jackson Public Schools. I am an active member of the St. Luther M. B. Church, where I'm Serving as a Deacon, Trustee, Youth Director and also serves the Lead Pianist. I am a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.
